Hi everyone! It gives me great pleasure to start this blog. If you want to get a good idea of what this site is about, please read the ‘About’ page.

It’s my prayer that this be a website of support and encouragement so to keep it that way we all need to follow this basic rule: Don’t do or say anything here that will a) dishonour God, b) cause another person to stumble, and c) cause yourselves to stumble. That involves not sharing too much information about past ’sexploits’ (sexual experience), using angry words, and anything that takes away glory from God. Also make sure you protect and guard your own heart. Proverbs 4:23 tells us: “Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life.” So let’s use this site to build up and not bring down, as I trust you will

As for me, Haydn, the creator of this site, God has taken me on an interesting journey. You can read my testimony here, about how I came out of homosexuality. I first knew I had a homosexual orientation when I was about 12 and although I became a Christian at 18 I lived a life as a gay man between the ages of 21-26, before I met my wife. Now I’m a happily married man with a Korean wife and an 9 month old daughter, Olivia. I live in South Korea teaching English and I’m involved in an SSA ministry. I have SSA and gay friends from all over the world, including Vietnam, England, the US, Japan, Brazil, South Korea, Hong Kong, Australia, Columbia, and Paraguay. I keep a regular blog about my life, unrelated to SSA. If you’re ever in South Korea, Japan, or China, please let me know and perhaps we can meet!
